Placid Plastic Deck: A Quiet Quest

30/10/2026: Complete game official release.

A new adventure set in the beloved Placid Plastic Duck universe!

A Genre Mashup

A surreal, story-driven adventure with a sprinkle of card battles and deck-building mechanics.

A blend of adventure-game and RPG-lite elements, with multiple-choice dialogue and beautiful, old-school top-down pixel art.

A Story of Friendship

You are Zoi, a teenage girl on a mission to make things right with her best friend. To do that, you’ll have to enter the regional card tournament and win the grand prize.

The only problem is… well, you’re not very good at cards. Or rather, you’re really bad. Actually, you don’t even know the rules!

Card Battles Along the Way

At a few key moments, challenge and defeat eccentric and evil characters, each with their own unique deck, to move forward in your quest armed only with a deck of ducks!

These encounters move the story forward, but playing them is entirely optional: if cards aren’t your thing, you can skip the battle, take the win, and continue your adventure.

Explore the world, search for additional cards, and expand your deck. The ducks hide in the most surprising places… but they love you. Your collection will follow you until the end, and maybe even beyond.

Multiple Endings

Big decisions await you along the way. Choose your answers. Stick to your values. Let the future unfold.

The universe of Placid Plastic Duck Simulator is expanding.

The ducks are going on an adventure.

Join them.
