Doloc Town is a side-scrolling pixel-art farming sim set in a post-apocalyptic world. Play as a plucky young scavenger struggling to survive among the wastelands. While fleeing from enemies, you stumble upon a small settlement known as Doloc Town - and begin building the farm of your dreams from scratch!
Acid rain erodes your crops. Scorching heat bakes the earth. Thunderstorms roll in one after another. But even the harshest weather can be turned to your advantage: harness lightning to power your farm, and let torrential rain irrigate your fields. Restore the environment piece by piece, drive back the extreme weather, and watch the wasteland bloom once more.
Doloc Town offers 30 plus hours of core gameplay, bringing together gathering, farming, building, fishing, and ranching, along with over 100 hours of additional content. Befriend the townsfolk, celebrate seasonal festivals, fight alongside your drone, modify crop genes, automate production, and decorate a home of your own. Work your way up from a hardworking scavenger to a laid-back farming tycoon who can sit back and let the drones handle the harvest!
Gathering:
Discover more than 40 kinds of minerals, plants, scraps, and other resources shaped by the apocalypse. Out here, even junk has a purpose.
Farming:
Self-sufficiency forms the foundation of any wasteland farm. Craft planters, sow seeds, water your crops and reap your harvest—all while shielding your fields from extreme weather. This is just another ordinary day at the end of the world.
Building:
Stack platforms freely across your farm and build your home upwards, level by level. Climb and jump as you craft extra space for farming, survival and creativity alike.
Fishing:
Fishing opens up another means of survival. Different ponds, fishing rods and weather conditions could yield different catches. In the apocalypse, working as a full-time angler may not be such a bad prospect.
Ranching:
Construct barns and fences, then tend to your animals - feed them, clean their enclosures, and collect their goods. Every task brings little surprises and heartwarming moments. Fresh milk and wholesome eggs become invaluable provisions amid the wastes.
Gene System:
Reclaim technologies erased by the apocalypse and alter the genetics of upwards of 30 different crops. You can cultivate sturdier, more resilient strains, or gift them curious, wondrous new attributes.
Farming Automation:
Harness solar and wind power to generate clean energy, build farming drone stations, and unlock end-to-end automated systems for seeding, nurturing plants and gathering yields. The dream of effortless farming is now within reach.
Exploration lies at the heart of Doloc Town. Venture across the sprawling outskirts, overgrown River Valley, treacherous Wetlands, mysterious caves and the desolate Old City Ruins. Each region boasts unique resources, foes and tales. As your adventure unfolds, you will journey deeper into uncharted territories and uncover more secrets of this forgotten world.
Mark your path back home, or you could end up stranded in the wilderness once night falls. Stay alert for vicious creatures and hostile enemies lurking within abandoned ruins. Upgrade your drone and fit it with weapon and lighting modules to overcome threats and return safely from every expedition.
The wilderness is not the only place hiding secrets. Doloc Town itself brims with mysteries waiting to be uncovered.
Why does the river valley stay lush and thriving amid this ruined world? What became of the town’s fabled leader, who vanished without a trace? And for what reason do so many remnants of pre-apocalypse tech carry the mark of “Eden”?
Seek answers alongside the townsfolk, and unravel the secrets concealed beneath their lighthearted daily lives.
Visit each resident in town, nurture connections, and forge lasting bonds. Discover their personal storyline, earn their trust, and learn the stories hidden behind each familiar face.
This tiny post-apocalyptic sanctuary still observes festivals passed down from the Old World. Once celebrations begin, decorations brighten up the whole town.
Participate in unique seasonal events, craft special goods and strengthen hard-won friendships. Even amid the unforgiving wasteland, warmth, comfort and happiness persist.
